In this connection, aware of that Dr Jawahar Jyoti Kuli fame and name as JJ Kuli is the former President of Mising Agom Kebang (Mising Language Society), a dedicated poet, ethnic lyricist, novelist and columnist from Assam North Eastern region who live in Dibrugarh and serve the public as eye specialist too.
